As an attendee, a sponsor, partner team member, volunteer or contributor of Girls Night Out to Cut Out Domestic Abuse™, I understand that my acceptance of this waiver and release is a prerequisite for my participation in the event. I agree to assume all risks and release and hold harmless the Girls Night Out to Cut Out Domestic Abuse™ partners, the Purple Ribbon Council organization, and their officers, volunteers, sponsors, partners, committees, other agents, and including states, cities and municipalities where Girls Night Out to Cut Out Domestic Abuse™ events take place. I waive my rights and discharge all of the persons and entities mentioned above from any and all claims for property damage, personal injury, or death which I may have or which may hereafter accrue to me as a result of participation in the event. I understand that I am solely responsible for my health and safety and that I am physically capable of participating in this event. I agree to allow Girls Night Out to Cut Out Domestic Abuse™ to use my name, video or photograph as it relates to advertising or promotion of the event in media and event collateral if applicable.
