I agree to assume all risks and release and hold harmless the Pretty in Purple Days partners, the Purple Ribbon Council organization, and their officers, volunteers, sponsors, partners, committees, other agents, and including states, cities and municipalities where Pretty in Purple Days take place. I waive my rights and discharge all of the persons and entities mentioned above from any and all claims for property damage, personal injury, or death which I may have or which may hereafter accrue to me as a result of participation in the event. I understand that I am solely responsible for my health and safety and that I am physically capable of participating in this event. I agree to allow Purple Ribbon Council to use my name, video or photograph as it relates to advertising or promotion of the event in media and event collateral if applicable.
