We will participate as a Pretty in Purple 2010 host Salon/Spa by contributing % of our entire day’s receipts, including salon/spa services and gift certificates. (25% minimum – anything above will receive enhanced recognition)

As a Pretty in Purple Partner Salon/Spa, we agree to:

1. Contribute to the Purple Ribbon Council the percentage indicated above of every treatment, service, and gift certificate purchased on our designated Pretty in Purple day of May , 2010.
2. Allow the Purple Ribbon Council to use our company’s name/logo, location, phone number and website address in promoting Pretty in Purple.
3. Promote Pretty in Purple by displaying promotional materials at least 4 weeks prior to our day.
4. Send our Pretty in Purple donation check for the designated percentage amount no later than June 1, 2010. Check made payable to the Purple Ribbon Council with Memo: Purple Ribbon Fund for Children.
5. Email a digital image of our logo to PIP@purpleribboncouncil.org for use in promotion of our participation in the national campaign.

Purple Ribbon Council agrees to:

1. Produce high quality digital promotional materials for download.
2. Provide a starter marketing kit which will include 100 fliers, 1 banner, and 2 posters.
3. Lead a publicity campaign to promote Pretty in Purple and your salon’s/spa’s participation.
4. Design a Pretty in Purple T-shirt for your salon/spa and make them available for purchase online.
5. List your salon/spa on print ads when applicable. 5. List your salon/spa on the Pretty in Purple website www.PrettyInPurple.org. Salon/spas donating over the minimum of 25% with receive logo with hyperlink recognition on the website.
6. Provide your salon/spa with a receipt for your tax deductible contribution.
7. Share updates on how your contribution has helped the over 4,000 children in the U.S. who are orphaned each year by domestic violence and the awareness reach of Pretty in Purple.
